MÉTIER OF COMMUNICATION MANAGER
The Communications Manager acts as ambassador and guarantor of the Maison's image.They lead external and internal communications (internet, social networks, intranet). They raise its profile and build and protect its reputation. They manage relations with local institutions and professional organizations on subjects of interest to the business unit.
DISCOVER MÉTIERS OF COMMUNICATION & EVENTS
- Communication Management position holders are responsible for designing communication plans focused on building and promoting the image of the company or an organization towards its clients and various partners with clearly defined objectives, key performance indicators and audiences.
- Press, PR, Influencers & Entertainment teams are in charge of managing external communications (client-facing, press and celebrities), including events.
- Events teams are in charge of planning and organizing events (customer day, JPO, product launch, ...). They manage the responses to briefs, the preparation of the event, the relations with the different providers, the course of the event and the reporting
- Art Buying & Production teams are in charge of finding specific talents (designers, choreographers, musicians) for a particular campaign. They also advice stores or other establishment on the best art products matching their core activities.
- Art, Culture & Heritage teams are in charge of managing heritage and patrimony of the Maison. Providing material and story telling narratives for Communication or Training purposes.
- Change Communications, Employee Engagement & Experience teams are in charge of managing messages disseminated by a company relating to practical information for employees, the employer brand and recruitment.
